Room felt cramped for the price!!! Odd odor lingering from the air conditioning unit!!! Charged excessively for early check-in!!! Water bottle costs were hidden, leading to confusion at checkout!!! Could improve overall cleanliness.

Cable TV was spotty until fixed after complaints, and guests experienced confusion with charges for bottled water, which was initially stated as free. Check-in fees also added to frustration, especially for early arrivals.

the staff were super nice, always helpin out with anything we needed. the room was clean and modern, loved that! breakfast had local food which was really good, especially the pho. location was perfect, so close to ben thanh market and bui vien street! definitely a great spot for solo travelers!
